Kitchen manager meeting: Yesterday, the kitchen managers of the cooperation hotels met in the Kur- und Sporthotel Engel ****s . They met to discuss new suppliers for our online ordering platform jb-x. Among other things, the warehouse of Früchte Jork was visited and a salmon tasting was held. The exchange of experiences among our "gourmet chefs" was excellent.

Die Kooperation Die Privathoteliers trägt dazu bei, dass sich die Küchenchefs der Kooperationshotels kennenlernen und über neue Produkte und Konditionen austauschen. Der gestrige Tag hat wieder gezeigt, dass dieser Austausch gerade in der Privathotellerie sehr wichtig ist. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Küchenleitertreffen im November.
